Holland & Knight is the latest law firm to grow its regulatory infrastructure bench, with the firm on Monday announcing that it had hired Ken Cestari, a former deputy chief counsel of the Loan Programs Office of the U.S. Energy Department.

Cestari, who joins as a partner in the firm’s public policy and regulation group in D.C., is the second former Energy Department attorney to join Holland & Knight’s public policy & regulation group within the last year. Elizabeth Noll, former deputy assistant secretary for House affairs within the department, joined the firm as a senior policy adviser last September.
