More often than not, parties on the same side of the "v." share similar strategies at the U.S. Supreme Court. But in this term's major election dispute the respondents don't agree on whether the Supreme Court should even decide the case at all.
Moore v. Harper involves an appeal of a now-vacated ruling by the North Carolina Supreme Court striking down the state's new congressional map as an illegal partisan gerrymander.
