Seeking to enhance Germany’s attractiveness as a venue for complex cross-border commercial disputes, the German Justice Ministry is proposing the creation of an all-English-language court.
The move follows similar steps by other European countries, such as the Netherlands and France, and a desire to compete with London, which is still the world’s-most-popular destination for international commercial dispute resolution.
