Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday dropped his appeal in a federal lawsuit challenging New York Attorney General Letitia James’ investigation into his business practices, days after agreeing to dismiss a similar suit in Florida.

Trump’s attorney Alina Habba of Habba Madaio & Associates and New York assistant solicitor general Eric Del Pozo each signed a stipulation for voluntary dismissal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, where Trump had appealed a Syracuse federal judge’s May ruling dismissing his complaint against James.
