Baker Botts and Houston partner Scott Looper were hit with a legal malpractice lawsuit on Tuesday, with two former energy company clients seeking more than $1 million for how the firm handled a gas gathering agreement.
EQT Production Co. and EQT Energy, both of Pittsburgh, filed the lawsuit in the 61st District Court in Harris County.
