A dispute between the Department of Labor and investors hoping to put retirement funds into cryptocurrency could be dismissed at the request of the investment group if a judge accepts the latest filing from those challenging an agency release.
ForUsAll Inc. originally charged the agency with paternalism in a June complaint alleging a DOL Compliance Assistance Release on the risks associated with investing retirement funds in cryptocurrency amounted to a violation of the Administrative Procedures Act.
