Kennedys partner Marc Casarino filed a notice of appearance Friday morning to join former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell’s defense team fighting defamation claims filed against her by voting-machine maker Dominion Voting Systems.
Casarino’s addition to the defense follows Michael J. Tricarico, another Kennedys partner, who was added to the dispute earlier this month. Sidney Powell is also represented by Lawrence J. Joseph from the Law Office of Lawrence Joseph and J. Howard Kleinhendler.
