The Texas Supreme Court revoked a statewide injunction against investigations of gender-affirming care for minors as child abuse, but also said the governor never had the authority to direct Child Protective Services to investigate transgender parents for facilitating such care.
The injunction remains only for the parents of the child that brought suit.
