The head of the U.S. Justice Department’s antitrust division, Jonathan Kanter, has filled in his front office team with the arrival of a former colleague from private practice, and a competition researcher and former Senate lawyer.

Andrew Forman, most recently an antitrust partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, and Michael Kades, the director for markets and competition policy at the left-leaning policy organization Washington Center for Equitable Growth, have joined the department as deputy assistant attorneys general.
