To date, the ranks of administrative law judges at the International Trade Commission have been predominantly white. That’s starting to change.
Last fall the ITC named Monica Bhattacharyya, a woman of South Asian heritage, as an ALJ. On Monday the commission followed up by hiring Bryan Moore. It’s believed he’ll be the first African American to hold the position when he begins the job next month.
