The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee will begin hearings on March 21 for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Senate Judiciary Chair and Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, announced three days of hearings at which Jackson will appear for questioning by committee members, and a final day, March 24, for testimony by the American Bar Association and other witnesses. The bar association usually testifies about the rating it gave a nominee.
