McGuireWoods has continued its year of prolific lateral moves with the addition of a lawyer experienced in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other international anti-corruption matters.

Ben O’Neil joins as a partner in Washington, D.C., from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. He defends corporations and individuals in civil and criminal fraud matters, along with anti-bribery/corruption and FCPA litigation, according to a statement from the firm. In his practice, O’Neil often works on politically sensitive investigations brought by congressional committees and the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Election Commission and other agencies.
