King & Spalding has expanded the range of its talent in its Washington, D.C., office with the addition of David Ridenour as a partner in its corporate, finance and investments practice group.

Ridenour, who arrives from DLA Piper, is a structured finance and securitization lawyer who represents issuers, borrowers, sellers, lenders, funds, purchasers and financial institutions. He focuses on publicly-registered and privately-negotiated structured finance transactions, including digital infrastructure, credit card receivables, unsecured consumer loans, solar and energy efficiency loans, mortgage servicing rights and mortgage-backed securities.
