Attorneys from Davis Polk & Wardwell on Monday released the report on their impeachment investigation into former Gov. Andrew Cuomo to the New York State Assembly Judiciary Committee, finding that Cuomo sexually harassed women, used state resources for personal gain and was “not fully transparent” in releasing information on nursing home deaths to the public in the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Davis Polk team reviewed about 600,000 pages of documents, including photos, videos, emails, text messages, BlackBerry PIN messages and recorded phone calls in the course of its investigation, according to the report. They also interviewed, received proffers from or reviewed interviews or depositions with more than 200 people, according to the report.
