Phillip Sellinger, President Joe Biden’s pick to serve as U.S. attorney in New Jersey, reported earning nearly $2.7 million from his position as a Greenberg Traurig shareholder, according to a financial statement.

Sellinger, who has been with the firm since 2002, is co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s New Jersey office and previously served as co-chairman of the firm’s global litigation practice. His clients included Microsoft, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Verizon and Live Nation, the concert promoter under scrutiny following the deadly crowd surge at a Texas concert on Friday.
