St. Michael’s Media group—a right-wing media company operating the “Church Militant” website—should, at least for now, be allowed to proceed with a planned prayer rally on Baltimore city property, a federal judge has ruled.
The media group sued Baltimore after the city denied St. Michael’s application to assemble at the Pier IV Pavilion in the city’s Inner Harbor section, fearing an outbreak of violence at the event.
