Securities defense attorney Nader Salehi jumped to Kirkland & Ellis after eight years as a partner at Sidley Austin, where he most recently served as co-leader of the securities enforcement practice.

Salehi will join Kirkland’s government, regulatory and internal investigations practice group in the Washington, D.C., office. He arrived at Sidley Austin in 2013 as part of an 11-partner securities group that moved from Bingham McCutcheon in the downsizing that preceded that firm’s dissolution.
