Hampton Dellinger, who was nominated last month to run the U.S. Justice Department’s Office of Legal Policy, reported a roughly $300,000 salary from Boies Schiller Flexner, according to a financial statement.

Dellinger was a partner at Boies Schiller from 2013 until November 2020, when he left to start his own firm. His clients at Boies Schiller included Atrium Health, the solar equipment supplier Strata Solar and the dental supply company Net32, all based in Dellinger’s native North Carolina, according to a financial disclosure form. He earned a $300,307 salary.
