President Joe Biden early Wednesday announced another round of judicial nominees, including a pair of judges for the federal appeals courts.

Jennifer Sung, a member of the Oregon Employment Relations Board and a former labor attorney, is Biden’s pick to sit on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. And Virginia solicitor general Toby Heytens has been tapped for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
