A federal judge threw out the Federal Trade Commission’s antitrust lawsuit against Facebook on Monday, handing a critical—yet potentially temporary win—to the social media giant’s lawyers from Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg of the District of Columbia largely agreed with arguments from the Kellogg Hansen team, led by partner Mark Hansen, that the FTC hadn’t established that Facebook has a monopoly in the social networking market.
