Prosecutors in Marin County, California, have dropped a misdemeanor domestic violence charge against Boies Schiller Flexner partner Joshua Schiller, son of firm co-founder Jonathan Schiller.
Joshua Schiller was arrested at his home the night of Jan. 14 for alleged domestic violence involving his wife, Melissa Siebel Schiller. Police at the time of his arrest said that Melissa Siebel Schiller’s injuries were minor in nature and did not require medical attention.
