A former Winston & Strawn international arbitration and regulatory partner who is now chief of staff to First Lady Jill Biden reported receiving about $1.5 million in partnership share from the law firm, according to a financial statement released Friday.
Julissa Reynoso Pantaleon, who had been a Winston partner in New York from 2017 to December 2020, served as U.S. ambassador to Uruguay from 2012 to 2014. Reynoso was a partner at Chadbourne & Parke before her arrival at Winston. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
