Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr saw growth in every metric last year as revenue from the firm’s transactional practices grew 20% year over year. And in light of that performance, Wilmer—known for its supremacy in Washington, D.C., politics—is looking to grow its dealmaking teams in the coming years.

“Core to our strategic plan going forward is growing our transactional practices several-fold over the next three to four years,” Wilmer co-managing partner Robert Novick said.
