The law firm Wiley Rein has moved to dismiss its complaint seeking more than $270,000 in legal fees from a Maryland-based engineering services provider.
Wiley Rein sued LJT & Associates Inc. in August in District of Columbia Superior Court. The firm said LJT, based in Columbia, Maryland, agreed to “fair and reasonable fees.” The complaint does not identify hourly rates.
