Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has picked up two Baker Botts partners in Washington, D.C., while Baker Botts landed two Winston & Strawn partners in the nation’s capital and lost a partner to Kirkland & Ellis in Houston in the latest version of Big Law partner musical chairs.

At Gibson Dunn, antitrust partners and former Federal Trade Commission officials Stephen Weissman and Michael Perry joined the firm as partners on Monday in Washington, D.C. Both came from Baker Botts, though Weissman is a former deputy director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition, and Perry is a former counsel to the director of the bureau.
