Richard Sauber, the veteran Washington litigator and a name partner at Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber, reported nearly $4.8 million in law firm partnership share on a financial statement disclosed as part of his nomination for general counsel to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Sauber has been a partner at Robbins Russell, the Washington-based trial boutique, since 2007. He arrived after a 23-year run at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he had been a member of the management committee and head of the Washington litigation department.
