Four law schools that had run afoul of the American Bar Association’s bar passage standard are back in the accreditor’s good graces.

The ABA’s Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admission to the Bar last month determined that Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, The Charleston School of Law, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law, and the University of South Dakota School of Law had each provided enough information to determine that they met the minimum bar pass threshold.
