The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is expected to seek to enforce a subpoena for former President Donald Trump’s financial records after the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday denied Trump’s application for a stay in the suit, according to court records.

In an email to Trump’s attorney William Consovoy of Consovoy McCarthy in September related to briefing schedules, attorneys for Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. emphasized that they would not delay any further after the Supreme Court issued its ruling.
