The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Tuesday granted President Donald Trump’s request for a stay of the Manhattan district attorney’s grand jury subpoena for his financial records.

Walker Jr. and Raymond J. Lohier Jr. decided in a one-page order issued hours after hearing arguments on the stay.
