A federal judge handed the National Rifle Association a legal loss on Friday, ruling against the organization in a lawsuit that took issue with the Cuomo administration closing down gun stores as New York’s coronavirus crisis struck earlier this year.
U.S. District Judge Mae D’Agostino in the Northern District of New York issued the decision on Friday, granting a motion from the state that argued the complaint should be dismissed.
