Police reform isn’t a new topic for Lisa Gilford. A Los Angeles partner at Sidley Austin, who represents companies, like Toyota, in class actions and multidistrict litigation, Gilford has spent years assisting the NAACP’s Legal Defense and Educational Fund Inc. with its advocacy and fundraising to end police brutality.
