The Minority Corporate Counsel Association announced this week that in-house leaders from Kelly Services Inc., VMware Inc., Microsoft Corp. and Discover Financial Services Inc. have been named to its board of directors.
The Washington, D.C.-based organization’s 19-member board of directors now includes:
- Wanji Walcott, executive vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel at Discover;
- Tom Robertson, corporate vice president and deputy general counsel at Microsoft;
- Amy Fliegelman Olli, senior vice president and general counsel at VMware; and
- Hannah Lim-Johnson, senior vice president and chief legal officer at Kelly Services.
