Drummond Woodsum said Monday it has merged with another Portland, Maine, firm, Germani Hill & Hayes, marking “a major expansion” to its litigation practice. It now has 27 lawyers who specialize in litigation, arbitration and mediation, making it one of the largest litigation practices in Maine and New Hampshire. The combined firms will operate under the Drummond Woodsum name. Germani Hill & Hayes attorneys Elizabeth Germani, Tracy Hill, Robert Hayes, Amanda Lynch, and James Spizuoco have all joined Drummond Woodsum.

McGlinchey Stafford announced that Michelle Trost has joined its national consumer financial services regulatory compliance practice in its Jacksonville office as a member. Trost has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry spanning federal and state regulatory matters, state licensing requirements, consumer financial services litigation, and contracting/ vendor management. Prior to joining McGlinchey, she served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at TIAA Bank.
