Von Briesen & Roper expanded into Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with a new, five-attorney office, according to an announcement from the firm. The Eau Claire attorneys include newly added shareholders Michael Happe and Bryan Symes. Happe will work in the firm’s litigation and risk management practice group, and Symes will work in the firm’s labor and employment section.

Kelley Kronenberg announced that it brought on partner Alicia Lewis to serve as business unit leader in its newly created land use and zoning practice. Lewis will work in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office, where she will focus on land-use, zoning, procurement, environmental and municipal law. According to Bloomberg Law, Lewis was previously with Greenspoon Marder.
