The Missouri Restaurant Association was unsuccessful in its attempt to appeal a ruling against it in a suit over St. Louis County‘s indoor dining ban. The association had tried to obtain a temporary restraining order against St. Louis County after the county executive ordered a stop to indoor dining in November, but the judge did not grant it. Lewis Rice represented the county in the case, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
