Philadelphia-based Ashley R. Lynam left her role as partner at Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding to join Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads as partner in the litigation department. She will also chair Montgomery McCracken’s sexual misconduct liability and Title IX/institutional response practice groups, which are newly formed, according to an announcement from the firm. Earlier in her career, Lynam served as an assistant district attorney and senior rape prosecutor at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

Kelley Kronenberg is expanding into New Orleans with the opening of a new office, bringing the firm’s total number of offices to 12. According to a press release, the firm brought on partner Sean P. Sullivan from Nielsen & Treas to lead the office. Sullivan is a litigator focusing on first-party insurance defense.
