DLH, an Atlanta-based provider of health IT and digital services, is expanding with the acquisition of Irving Burton Associates, which will become a subsidiary of the company. According to Washington Technology, DLH acquired IBA for $32 million in cash. Becker & Poliakoff worked alongside Holland & Knight to advise DLH in the transaction.
