North Carolina firm Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson announced that it opened its fourth office. The new location is in Raleigh, North Carolina, and will be staffed by Matt SawchakStephen Feldman and Sean Sullivan, who joined the firm in the spring, as well as other attorneys with the firm who will split their time between offices. The new office is located at Two Hannover Square.

Shilpa Gokhale joined McDonald Hopkins as counsel from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was director of program development for the Master of Science in Law program. She will work in the firm’s executive compensation and governance practice group in Chicago, according to a press release. Gokhale focuses her practice on developing and executing strategic agreements and arrangements for public and private equity clients.
