Hanson Bridget is representing The Zeka Group, a Burlingame, California-based property management company, as it attempts to remove a ballot measure that it contends would give voters the opportunity to hinder the company’s ability to expand and develop. The Zeka Group attempted to oppose Antioch, California’s Measure T, which would limit development and set the area’s growth boundary, saying the measure would get in the way of a 30-year-old development plan it had put in place. Both the First District Court of Appeals and the Contra Costa County Superior Court denied the challenge to the measure, according to East Bay Times.
