Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd announced that it brought on Reid T. Sherard as a shareholder to lead its new family law team in Greenville, South Carolina. Sherard litigates cases related to divorce, such as financial custody matters and premarital and postnuptial agreements. He joins the firm from Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where he was a partner, according to LinkedIn.

A team of three Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs attorneys joined Porter Wright Morris & Arthur‘s Cleveland office. Partners Matthew Matheney and Nathaniel Sinn, and senior associate Heather Heberlein, will work in the firm’s bankruptcy, workout and creditors’ rights practice group, according to a release. Matheney chaired Buckingham Doolittle’s creditors’ rights and bankruptcy group and also advises clients on general corporate matters. In addition to his bankruptcy work, Sinn handles construction, real property and contracts disputes.
