Pryor Cashman, alongside Kirkland & Ellis, acted as legal adviser to New York-based brand-management firm WHP Global in a recent transaction, according to Lawyer Monthly. WHP acquired the Joseph Abboud trademarks from specialty menswear retailer Tailored Brands. WHP is now in a licensing agreement with Tailored Brands and has the exclusive rights in the United States and Canada to sell and rent Joseph Abboud merchandise.
