Elizabeth DeSilva left her role as vice president and chief servicing counsel of Ditech Financial LLC to take on the position of deputy general counsel at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, reports DS News. DeSilva works in the mortgage servicing industry, and, according to LinkedIn, focuses on supervisory regulatory and enforcement matters, litigation and vendor transactions, financial services law, and risk management. She is based in Dallas.

Offit Kurman announced that it added John Orrick as a principal-level attorney in the firm. Orrick, who will be based in the firm’s Bethesda, Maryland, office, will work in the business law and transactions group, where he will handle corporate matters, joint venture formations and business and tax planning. According to LinkedIn, he previously was a partner with Linowes and Blocher.
