Brown Rudnick announced that it added Oksana Lashko as a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice group. Based in New York, Lashko represents debtors, secured lenders and ad hoc creditor committees in bankruptcy matters. She was previously an associate with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

Former North Carolina Solicitor General Matthew W. Sawchak and litigation attorney Stephen D. Feldman joined Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson as shareholders, according to a press release. Both attorneys handle complex litigation, trusts and appeals. Sawchak was solicitor general for three years prior to joining the firm, and Feldman previously worked at Ellis & Winters. They will be based in Robinson Bradshaw’s Research Triangle, North Carolina, office.
