Burns & Levinson announced the addition of Katrina Skinner as a partner in its cannabis business and law advisory group. Before the move, Skinner was president and general counsel at Safe Harbor Services, a company that provides banking services for legal cannabis-related businesses. She has experience with cannabis banking and hemp/CBD regulatory law. She will be based in Burns & Levinson’s newly opened Denver office.
