Denver-based IV therapy company Elite Hydration Inc. and four individuals who either work at or co-own the company are facing a lawsuit from competing company Hydrate IV Bar, BusinessDen reports. Two of the individual defendants previously worked for Hydrate and two were customers before opening Elite. Hydrate alleges that the plaintiffs stole trade secrets and poached customers when they opened the new company. Elite, under the representation of Davis Graham & Stubbs, says the plaintiff’s claims have no merit.
