The Boy Scouts of America brought on Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell as Delaware bankruptcy counsel as it files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the wake of sexual abuse claims from former participants. According to the Dallas Business Journal, the Irving, Texas-based youth organization intends to use its resources to compensate victims who say they were abused by leaders and volunteers in the Boy Scouts. The organization plans to create a trust to provide money to potentially thousands of victims.
