Health care attorney William J. Castner stepped down from his role as senior adviser on firearms to New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy to take on a partnership role at Connell Foley, the firm announced. As a member of the firm’s health care group, Castner will advise clients on matters such as regulatory issues, government affairs, public affairs, ethics and corporate compliance. He is based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
