Video game company Blizzard Entertainment, which created the game World of Warcraft, is suing Sina Games, claiming that the company created a free-to-play game that mirrored World of Warcraft almost exactly. According to Polygon, Blizzard is seeking maximum damages and a court order to stop Sina’s infringement. Attorneys with Los Angeles-based Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp are representing Blizzard in the case.
