Laundry machine provider Coinmach Corp., doing business as CSC Serviceworks Inc., hired Houston-based Gray Reed & McGraw to represent it in a breach-of-contract suit against an RV park, according to SE Texas Record. Coinmach alleged that it and the RV park entered into an agreement in which CSC had access to the RV park’s laundry facilities, but started to deny CSC access after several years during a renovation period. CSC alleged that its equipment was placed outside in an open field and that the RV park continued to deny CSC access to the laundry room after renovations were completed.
