Spencer Fane announced Nov. 30 that John Bloomer is joining the firm as a partner in the real estate department. Boomer, who joined the firm’s office in Plano, Texas, works with developers, commercial owners, private investors, lenders, brokers, landlords, tenants and property developers on acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing, operations and management. According to Spencer Fane’s website, Bloomer owned a real estate company before becoming a lawyer.
James R. Strull joined Pashman Stein Walder Hayden‘s trust and estates group as of counsel, according to a press release from the firm. Strull handles estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, real estate matters, and business transactions. Before joining Pashman Stein’s Hackensack, New Jersey, office, Strull was a name partner at Strull Law Group, a boutique firm also based in Hackensack.
